JoanRITCHIEPeacefully passed away at Vale Court Care Home on 29th November 2017, aged 96 years. Reunited with her beloved Husband Jack. Loving Mum to Alan, Mother-in-law to Janice. Cherished Nan to Claire and great- mother-in-law to Mark 'Old Nan' to Liam and Indie. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service and Committal to take place at Chester Crematorium on Thursday 14th December at 2:40 p.m. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Dementia UK would be gratefully received.
